I’ve found it hard to resist all of the spring trends in stores this month; from pastels and tweeds in Zara to leather and leopard in Whistles – early Spring is definitely my favourite time for clothes shopping!
It’s been very hard (impossible) not to get carried away, and have indulged in some serious retail therapy, so you’ll be spotting a few more Outfit Of The Day posts coming up after the lovely comments and feedback I received for my first OOTD post here.
This is one of my favourite new purchases – I thought long and hard before purchasing such a statement coat. I was especially wary as it’s a Zara coat – so there’s a danger of walking down the hughstreet and seeing at least 5 other girls wearing it, but as soon as I put it on I fell in love – so worth the risk! As it’s such a statement piece, the rest of the outfit is quite muted with monochrome floral trousers and a black vest top.
My new bag from Whistles is also featured here – it’s the first non-designer bag that I’ve splurged on in a while, and it took some serious debating before I finally made the purchase – but I absolutely love it!
