{ Topshop Lipstick in Whimsical }
Recently I’ve found myself recommending Topshop lipsticks to all my friends – at just £8 they don’t break the bank and I love the creamy texture which doesn’t seem to crack even when my lips are dry. I couldn’t contain myself in a recent visit to Topshop Oxford Circus, and ended up buying two almost identical shades in the lipstick and lip bullet options.
In the image above, I’m wearing the lipstick in the shade ‘Whimsical’. I love the soft natural colour – you don’t have to be a pro to apply it, as the shade isn’t as bold as some of Topshop’s coral or red shade options.
I’ve been asked what the difference is between the lipsticks and the lip bullets, and I have to say, having tried these two similar shades in both options, i’m still trying to figure this out myself, so if you know – please enlighten me!
I think the Topshop lipsticks are great dupes for the Mac lipsticks, they often have very similar shades at a fraction of the price, so next time you pop by your local Topshop, have a browse through their makeup section – it won’t disappoint!
