How I Make my Highstreet Wardrobe Look Luxury

I’m no multi-millionaire…

But getting that luxury look in my daily outfits is something I always try to achieve. Without endless pots of money to fund a luxury shopping addiction, I always rely on the high-street for those beautiful pieces that give a luxury look, without the hefty price tag.

Let’s be honest, no one needs to look expensive, it’s not everyone’s style, but I’m absolutely guilty of selecting pieces in-store and online because I know they will elevate my look, and make it look like it cost a whole lot more.

Occasionally, I find a real bargain in some of my favourite highstreet stores when they bring out styles inspired by designer and luxury fashions, such as these at just £36, these , or my which could easily pass as Victoria Beckham.

Most of the time though, my general rule of thumb when it comes to shopping is to invest in the more classic pieces that will elevate my wardrobe without going out of style (and, as you know, that recently has included the odd designer bag splurge!), then I make up the majority of my wardrobe with pieces from the premium end of the hughstreet. Stores like , and are where I shop for elevated styles to make up a beautiful luxury looking outfit, while still being affordable.

I often find that the quality of pieces from these premium stores rivals that of luxury brands, and the finer details give the clothes and accessories an undeniably high end look. I rarely buy on-trend pieces from these stores as they’re still an investment, so for those more trend-lead pieces, I have browse stores such as , , etc and other affordable high street stores.
