Some Jurlique Favourites

A couple of weeks ago I was invited into the London HQ of Jurlique to discover a little more about the brand. I realised that other than knowing that I absolutely LOVED the products, I didn’t know much about where the brand originated from. I soon found myself whisked away to thoughts of expansive farms in the south Australian outback where the organic ingredients are grown, and where bio-chemist Dr Jurgen Klein and his wife Ulrike started the niche natural brand.
Jurlique have multiple product ranges depending on your skincare concerns, and for me, the Herbal Recovery range perfectly suits my needs of wanting to hydrate skin while protecting against environmental aggressors. Three products in particular have found their way into my daily routine, starting with the which I apply after cleansing in the morning and evening. The ingredients are all so pure thanks to the way that they were grown in the rich soil and sparkling clean water, that you really notice the difference – my skin looks and feels smoother and over time I’ve noticed improvements in hydration levels – I previously would have described my skin as ‘combination’ but now I find my oil levels have really settled down, and my skin remains hydrated yet shine free throughout the day.

A product that I mentioned in my April Favourites, and one which has also worked wonders for me is the . Again it’s a potent formula with antioxidant powers but it instantly makes my under eye area look more radiant and my eye bags are far less noticeable. I keep it in the fridge for an extra refreshing sensation in the mornings!

The most enjoyable to use (and highly addictive!) is the . I keep this on my desk at work and find myself spritzing after lunch and in the late afternoon to give my skin a little boost. Not only does it give protection against environmental damage (like the lovely London smog!) but it instantly hydrates and freshens up your complexion – it’s the most wonderful afternoon pick-me-up! I previously used the , and I still love them (especially the mini versions for taking on long journeys) but the added benefits that come with the Herbal Recovery range make it my new firm favourite.

A product that’s not in the Herbal
Recovery range but I absolutely have to mention is Jurlique’s . If only you could imagine the scent – a soothing note of jasmine which
is so fresh and delicate, you won’t even want to apply perfume after using it
as the fragrance is so dreamy. Of course as with all Jurlique products the
ingredients give the skin lots of nourishment and care, and my limbs always
feel silky smooth for hours and hours after I apply the lotion.
