Mixing Highstreet with High End This Summer
I’m actually yet to meet a person who will only wear high end pieces. Jewellery truly has the power to enhance an outfit and none more so that luxury pieces. I’ve always been a fan of choosing far fewer jewellery pieces to add to my collection, but carefully curating a small collection of pieces that truly represent my style, and will work with many, if not all of my outfits. I had the opportunity to work with lately (I know, what a dream!) and here I am wearing their spectacular n which you may also have spotted on my Instagram, and in my Spring Lookbook video on YouTube recently too. Crafted from 18k red gold, and beautiful mother-of-pearl, these feminine yet timeless pieces are the most wonderful addition to a Spring or Summer outfit, and they’re pieces that I’ll cherish for a lifetime and pass on to future generations.
I’ve spoken about my love for my bag a lot recently, it’s size is so perfect for a day bag, without the temptation of over filling it! The handheld style is absolutely chic, while the shoulder strap makes for a practical addition should you need it. The soft but deep pink shade stands out amongst the sea of light pinks, white and beige tones in my wardrobe, but fits with all of my outfits just perfectly. As it’s Mulberry, you can rest assured that the craftsmanship and quality is second to none.
When mixing highstreet and high end, a luxury bag is the perfect finishing touch to an outfit to give the whole look a polished and luxurious finish, and the Mulberry Seaton certainly is the most fabulous way to finish the look.
I completed the look with some beautiful low block heel sandals which were an absolute steal from Shopaholics (they stock Kurt Geiger and other brands at a huge discount) – the pink scallop detail is the perfect feminine touch, and they are the perfect height for wearing all day.
