What To Wear When // You Don’t Know The Dress Code

Ok darlings, it’s time for a little catch up.

My poor blog has felt a tad neglected of late, I’ve been focusing a lot of effort on my YouTube channel and this week published a video every single day – it was kinda hectic, I won’t lie. Sometimes, I feel like my blog posts need to be incredibly deep and informative, and the thought of writing such mammoth blog posts scares me so much that I don’t write for weeks, but then I remember why I started this blog and what I love to share – my outfits!

So, I have decided to start a new mini series; What To Wear When… and share a new outfit, at least once a week, something I”ve been loving wearing lately and that I think you’ll love too. Kicking off today, this is an outfit that I wear when you don’t know the dress code – you know those times when you leave the house unsure of the style and requirements of the day ahead, so you want something that’s going to tick a lot of boxes. Smart / casual – comfortable yet chic. This outfit checks all of those boxes. A white linen dress is a staple in your wardrobe, something you’ll pull out every year, and the elegant length of this one makes it so practical and smart too – I’d be more than happy to wear this to the office, a day of meetings, or a fun day out with friends. I added some luxe details to the look including my fabulous Prada bag which I still can’t believe I got in the sale, and my new Gucci mules. I opted for this floral design knowing how well they’d work with the more simple dresses in my wardrobe, and their easy to slip on style makes them so versatile for a quick nip to the shops, or a day when you’re in and out the house. As they’re flat , they’re comfy to wear all day long too – I just adore them, and have worn them already so much in the fortnight that I’ve owned them!

As for my jewellery, all PANDORA of course, mixing up my rose favourites with some new silver pieces – how fabulous is this double drop necklace? I love how it looks layered with my usual hearts circle necklace – and it matches my earrings too.

So darlings what do you think to the idea of these quick, snappy and REGULAR *fingers crossed!* outfit posts? I can’t wait to share more with you!

xoxo
