It’s Partywear Season!
Now darlings I don’t know about you, but my diary is filling up with festive occasions, and I’m reaching more for my sparkling dresses at this time of year that ever before. I wanted to share a few of my favourite looks, and how I style occasion wear to show off my personal style too. This first outfit is quite possibly my favourite; a blush pink velvet dress, with a long and elegant silhouette – you may have spotted it in my Partywear Lookbook on YouTube! If you want to party all night long, ensure your heels are comfortable, and these heels with plenty of straps over the foot keep your feet secure, no matter how much dancing you do! I also adore this feather clutch; it looks wonderful as an additional texture to the look.

Going for Gold
Occasionwear doesn’t always mean dresses, and here I paired a metallic gold vest top with a gold split skirt, for a festive duo. I adore the finished look, and have been pairing this skirt with blouses and knitwear alike – oh how I love a versatile piece! Again, a pair of shoes I can dance in, and a petite clutch bag that holds my essentials but doesn’t take over the look.

From desk to disco
Ok, so not really an occasional look but an outfit I’ve loved wearing this week! I just adore this pink coat, and paired with some beautiful layers, it would be a fabulous finishing touch if your celebrations are outdoors (perhaps a firework display or Christmas market?). You can sneak a few layers of thermals underneath, but my cashmere wool jumper and faux fur gilet were plenty to keep me toasty!
