A Different View of London - WIN a night at The Shard on Bonfire Night!

I’ve walked the streets of London almost every day for the past five years, becoming familiar with the cobbled alleyway shortcuts that I nip down, the friendly barista in my local coffee hangout, and the never ending streams of busy people that also call this city their home. These views, and many others that I see every day show the side of London that I’ve grown to love over the years, but this Bonfire Night, I’ll get to see my city from a whole new view point – the very top of The Shard.

On November 5th, Booking.com are partnering with The View from The Shard to grant a few lucky Londoners a money-can’t-buy experience. An overnight stay from the greatest vantage point that the capital has to offer, with all of the cosiness of a perfect ‘Autumn Night In’ – allowing us to escape the unreliable British weather for an unforgettable Bonfire Night on the indoor panoramic platform, 800ft above the city.

As well as a three course dinner, an opportunity to watch the fireworks from an open-air sky deck on the 72nd floor of The Shard (with a warming Hot Choccie none the less) and 360 views of the firework displays from all around the city, we will also be able to curl up in a comfy bed thanks to a new set up created by the accommodation experts from Booking.com – they are the world leaders in connecting travellers with the world’s largest selection of places to stay after all!
