Now it’s no secret that I’m a huge Sweaty Betty fan – if you follow me anywhere you’ll know it’s essentially all I wear for my work outs so when the sale came up I knew I had to share my favourite pieces with you!
First up let’s talk about sports bras! They’re naturally different for whatever you require in terms of support, but I picked some good all-rounders to show you. Firstly these basic shaped ones. I love the pink and wear it constantly but spotted this violet tone which would look amazing with the mono print leggings – and it’s down to just £17! This black printed one is also fabulous for popping on with every colour legging and has a lovely strap detail on the back. Speaking of strappy detail, this teal coloured bra is also super pretty and detailed and now just £28. Lastly in the top department is this longline version, perfect if you like to be a little bit more covered in the gym and yet still very pretty with the dainty print.
Onto leggings! Sweaty Betty do some beautiful prints and come in various lengths so are ideal if you’re taller or shorter than average. I particularly love these floral 3/4 ones, but if the print is a bit too heavy for you then they also have a slightly more toned down pair! If full length is more your thing then this purple printed pair might be perfect for you. Lastly, can you go wrong with a pair of relaxed trousers? Perfect for popping on to and from yoga, or even just working around the house in.
Finally this adorable little yoga matt bag, which is such a lovely idea and saves you carrying a big roll under your arm (!) and this slogan water bottle. Reusable and pretty – ideal!
