Could this be the most Instagramable restaurant in London?!
Well, if your aesthetic preferences are anything like mine, the answer will be a resounding Yes. Spring Restaurant in Somerset house ticks every box for the photogenically obsessed; abundant natural light, bring pastel surroundings, striking artwork, marble surfaces, flowers, and plenty of pink.
The atmosphere within the restaurant is dreamlike, thanks to the bubble light fittings and gauzy drapes, as well as the velvety pink sofas and that soft glowing lighting that creates a haze throughout the bright room. The staff are dressed in frothy white frocks and they will show you to either the large dining area complete with nude leather chairs and marble bars, or the conservatory area which is equally as beautiful, if you’re just there for coffee.
It’s not just the decor that’s beautiful, but the menu too. The chef was formerly a Michelin star winner at Petersham Nurseries, and serves dishes which change almost daily based on the availability of fresh ingredients. While I’ve only been for coffee and snacks (and by snacks I mean a dish of Heritage cards, celery and aioli, and a plate of Finochhiona salami) or as a guest in the private dining room, I hope to one day return to have a dinner in the main restaurant.

The bathrooms are something else. The beauty lighting, marble vanity and baby pink roses are simply #InstagramGoals, and I’m making it my mission to replicate this style of bathroom at home, right down to the glossy pink chevron tiles on the floor. I always get a little too excited when I see a restaurant has Aesop hand wash and lotion, so this was another bonus point at Spring.
As well as the perfectly picturesque surroundings and photogenic delicious food, the Spring restaurant also has free wifi, staff that seem more than happy to wait while you create that perfect flatlay on the table while your food arrives, and a perfect location for meetings and appointments.
So, is this the most blogger friendly restaurant in London?
